1. Membership Dues & Renewals

All annual membership dues and renewal fees are non-refundable upon payment. Membership benefits are active immediately upon processing and continue through the designated club term.

 2. Event Registrations & Luncheons

• General Policy: Payments for event registrations, luncheons, and guest tickets are non-refundable.

• Member/Guest Absences: If a member or their guest is unable to attend a scheduled event or luncheon for any reason, MWC cannot issue a refund, partial refund, or credit toward a future event due to advance venue, catering, and seating commitments.

• Transfers: If you cannot attend, you are welcome to transfer your event spot or ticket to another eligible member or guest, provided you notify MWC at least [e.g., 24/48 hours] prior to the event date.

3. Event Cancellations by MWC

In the rare instance that an event is completely canceled by MWC and cannot be rescheduled, registered attendees will receive a full refund or credit for the amount paid.
